Adding a video to your presentation can help enhance your message and engage your audience. With our easy-to-use platform, you can seamlessly incorporate videos into your slides. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Step 1: Create or Open Your Presentation

If you haven't already, start by creating a new presentation or opening an existing one. This will serve as the canvas for your video.

Step 2: Locate the Slide for Your Video

Next, locate the slide where you want to add the video. This can be a new slide or an existing one. Make sure the slide is selected before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Enter Editing Mode

To add the video, you will need to enter the editing mode for the selected slide. You can do this by double clicking on the slide or clicking the "Edit Slide" button located at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Clean Up the Background

Before adding the video, it's a good idea to remove any unwanted elements from the background of the slide. This will ensure a clean and professional presentation.

Step 5: Click on the "Media" Option

Once the background is clean, click on the "Media" option located at the top of the screen. This will open a menu with various media options.

Step 6: Upload Your Video

In the media menu, select the option to upload a video file. This will prompt you to select the video file from your computer. Once selected, the video will be uploaded to your presentation.

Step 7: Add Other Elements or Content

Once the video is uploaded, you can proceed to add any other elements or content to the slide as desired. This can include text, images, or other media elements.

Step 8: Finalizing and Adjusting:

Ensure your video fits well within the presentation

  • Resizing and Positioning: Adjust the video to fit appropriately within the slide frame, ensuring it's centered or positioned as desired.
